Sweet and Sour Sausages (adapted from Company's Coming)

Ingredients
1.5 pounds sausages (or sausage meat)14 oz. can of peaches (sliced)1/2 to 3/4 cup white sugar1 tsp curry powder1 tbsp onion flakes (or 1/2 chopped onion)1 cup chili sauce1/2 cup ketchup (or add chili powder, hot sauce to 1.5 cups ketchup or tomato paste)
Directions
Brown sausage and drain fat. Cut into bite size pieces.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat 30-45 minutes until sausage is cooked, flavour and thickness is as desired. Serve over rice or noodles.
