ED'S Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
1 cup Japanese bread crumbs2 tsp olive oil.66 oz Parmesan cheese.25 cup flour1 tsp garlic powdersalt, dashpepper, dash2 egg whitescooking spray2 chicken breasts.25 cup tomato sauce2 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
Serves 2, Serving size 1 chicken breast

Combine bread crumbs with oil and toast over medium heat unti browned, about 5 minutes. When cool ,combine with parmesan cheese in shallow dish.

Combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a seperate dish.

Combine egg whites and water in seperate dish.

Dredge chicken breasts in flour and shake off excess, dip in egg whites, then coat with bread crumbs.

Preheat oven to 475, Place breasts on wire rack over baking sheet. Spray with cooking oil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove breasts from oven, cover with 2 tbsp tomato sauceand 1 oz mozzarella each. Cook for additional 5 minutes. Serve with additional sauce and cheese.
