2 cans Pillsbury Recipe Creations seamless dough1 8oz package fat free cream cheese1 16oz container fat free sour cream2 packages Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning1 cup Reduced Fat (2%) shredded cheddar2 cups small chopped broccoli2 cups small chopped cauliflower1/2 cup shredded carrots1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in quarters (or halves)1/2 cup chopped green onions
Bake dough according to package directions, seamed together in a large cookie sheet (mine took about 10 minutes at 375). Cool after baking.
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning with a hand blender. Spread over cooled crust. Top with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, cheese, and green onions (in that order). Slice into 20 pieces and serve!
