Okra and Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 Onion chopped3 tbdp olive oil1 28 oz can diced tomatoes8 oz frozen cut okra
Directions
Heat olive oil in a sauce pan. Saute onion in oil until tender and slightly browned. Add in diced tomatoes and cut okra. Season to taste ( I use Tony CHachere's) Reduce heat to simmer and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
