Secret Skillet Potatoes

Ingredients
1/2 cups fat free Italian salad dressing1/2 cups onion - chopped4 - 1/2 cups frozen hash browns3/4 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Makes 4 servings.
In a large skillet, combine Italian dressing and onion. Stir in hashbrowns. Cook over medium heat for 10 min. stirring often. Add Cheddar Cheese. Mix well to combine.
Lower heat, cover and siimmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
