Taco Pizza - Light!

2 cans Pillsbury Recipe Creations Dough16 oz fat free sour cream8 oz fat free cream cheese1 packet Ortega Taco Seasoning (40% less sodium)1.5 cups shredded romaine lettuce.5 cup chopped tomatoes.33 cup chopped green onion1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddaradd additional chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder to taste
Spread both pieces of dough in a lightly greased cookie sheet, seaming down the middle. Bake according to directions on can (mine took about 10 min at 375 degrees). Let cool.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and any additional seasonings, mix with hand mixer. Spread evenly over crust. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and green onions. Serves 20.
You may add any additional taco toppings that you enjoy!!
