Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1/2 onion diced12 baby carrots diced1 tsp enova oil2 cloves garlic minced1 can tomato sauce5 tbsp sucanat (brown sugar)5 tbsp worstershire sauce5 tbsp white vinegar1 tsp chipotle chili powder1 tsp chili powder
Directions
saute onion with diced baby carrots, garlic, and oil, add meat and brown. mix in tomato sauce, sucanat (brown sugar), worstershire sauce and white vinegar. add spices, simmer for 30 minutes. serve with buns (nutritional value for buns not included).

    I had to tweak this recipe a little, as I didn't have all the ingredients. Subbed in 1 tsp cumin & 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper for the chili powders, and added 1 green pepper.
