Apple Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup water- Dash of salt- 1/3 cup dry quick oats (type that cooks in 3-5 minutes)- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
Directions
Place the water in a pot on the stove, add a tiny dash of salt, cover and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, chop apple in small pieces.

Once the water starts boiling, add your apple, oats, cinnamon and maple syrup. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring often.

Remove from heat once the water is well absorbed into the oats. Serve immediately.
