Maria's Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1 med head cabbage, shredded1 small pk ramen noodles2 C slivered almonds1 bottle sesamee seeds1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced1 Tbl butter, unsalted1 Tbl Soy sauce1/3 C sugar1/4 C cider vinegar1/2 C Olive Oil
Directions
Saute ramen noodles (noodles only - do not use flavoring pack), sesamee seeds, and almonds in butter until golden brown.
In a bowl mix cabbage, green onions, and sauteed noodles and nuts.
Dressing: combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and oil in separte container. Shake to combine well. Refrigerate.
To Serve: Place cabbage salad in bowl and toss with some of the dressing.
