ED'S Raspberry Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 Boneless pork chops, approx 7 oz each2 tbsp raspberry jam1 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp raspberry wine vinegar.5 tsp thyme dried.5 grated orange peel
Directions
2 Servings, 1 pork chop each

Grill pork chops until 160 internal temperature.

Combine other ingredients, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Spoon mixture over chops just before serving
