4 large wheat pitas1 c. part skim ricotta/5 tsp garlic powder10 oz frozen spinach1 large tomato.5 c. feta crumbled 1 tsp dried oregano
Directions
preheat oven to 400

arange pitas on baking sheet. combine ricotta garlic powder and spoon over pitas. top w/spinach tomato and feta. sprinkle w/oregano.

bake until edges are golden, about 12 minutes
