black beans & rice

Ingredients
2 cups water1 cup white rice8 ounce can of tomato sauce1 can rotel original diced tomatoes & green chilies1 can black beans
Directions
place all ingredients in microwave safe container. stir. cover with lid and microwave according to your microwave directions for cooking long grain white rice. mine has a setting and all i have to do is punch a button. mine takes about 30 minutes. then i let set for 5 minutes before serving.
