Italian pizza bake.... Veggie Style!

2/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix1/4 tablespoons fat-free egg product or 2 egg whites2 tablespoon water1/2 teaspoon garlic powder2 links Lightlife Smart Sausages, Italian style1/2 green or yellow bell pepper, chopped4 baby portobella mushrooms, sliced1/2 onion, chopped2 teaspoons garlic 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with Italian-style herbs, drained1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoningSalt and Pepper3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan Italian seasoning
Heat the oven to 400F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, egg product, water, and garlic powder. Spread into a greased 8x8 pan, and set aside.
Spray a non-stick pan a bit, and over medium high heat, brown the sausages, then add the peppers, mushrooms, onions and garlic. Saute for around 10 minutes, then add the drained tomatoes. Increase the heat, and allow any excess liquid to cook off. Gently spoon over the batter, and top with mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is browned and crust is golden. Cut into six slices, nutritional info is for 1 slice.
