2 tbsp. non- fat greek yogurt1/4 cup avocado, peeled, smashed1/4 cup cucumber, peeled,diced1/4 tsp. lime juice and sea salt1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in blender until mixed well. Yields 1 -1/2 cup serving.
