Potato Salad Cathy's

Ingredients
prep: peel, chop into bite size pieces and boil potatos hard boil eggs.preparewhen potatoes are cool, place in large bowl.peel and chop eggs into small pieces. Using an egg slicer first in one direction and then the other works really well. Add 1/2 c light mayo (this program will not allow you to say 1/2 c in lite mayo, only regular mayo). Mix all ingredients lightly. Add salt to taste and sprinkle paprika over the top to serve.
