Barbecue Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
1/2 cup grillled Chicken Breast 4 slices peeled Cucumber 2 slices tomato1/2 cup bean sprouts1 T Barbecue Sauce1 oz part skim Mozzarella Cheese2 slices whole wheat or whole grain bread
Directions
You can do this either cooked or cold. If you wish to heat the sandwich, spread half the barbecue sauce on each slice of bread, then add chicken and cheese to each slice. Broil until cheese melts. Add other ingredients and enjoy! Very tasty and won't kill your calorie intake for the day!
