Chicken Fajita Wrap

Ingredients
Pam Cooking SprayTyson's fully cooked Chicken strips 2.5 oz. ( you can add your own grilled chicken, or shrimp would also be a nice substitute)Del Monte canned corn, no salt added, 0.5 cup 365 organic salsa medium, 4 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .3 cup Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Spinach, fresh, .2 cup Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp Fat Free Mild Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup La Tortilla Factory Wrap - Tomato Basil Seasonings: Cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, pepper, Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb, salt, fresh cilantro.
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a pan sprayed with pam, saute on medium heat onions, yellow/red peppers and cooked chicken strips for 2-3 minutes. Add to pan drained corn, spinach and salsa and continue to cook for 3 additional minutes.

Season mixture with cumin, a dash of cayenne pepper, salt, a dash of chili powder, pepper, Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb and fresh cilantro leaves. Stir in seasonings and cook for additional 2 minutes, and turn off heat.

Spoon mixture into large tortilla wrap, top with shredded cheddar cheese, and fold into whole wheat burrito and wrap with foil. Place burrito into oven for 5 minutes. Allow wrap to sit for 5 minutes, and serve!
