Golden Cabbage (adapted from The Farm Cookbook)

Ingredients
.25c olive oil1 large onion-chopped1 head of cabbage-cut into bite-size strips1 block of tofu-cut into cubes.25-.5c of nutritional yeast3T Bragg
Directions
saute onion in olive oil. Add tofu when onion is soft. Saute for a few minutes. Add cabbage and bragg. Cook til cabbage is 1/2 tender. Add nutritional yeast. Cook til cabbage is tender. We usu serve this over millet. You can substitute brown rice. The nutritional info is for the cabbage mixture ONLY.
