Grilled Chicken Salad Dressing

1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup Splenda1/2 onion, minced1 tsp spicy brown mustard1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix ingredients and serve over lettuce, grilled chicken, toasted pecans, and fruit of your choice (I like strawberries)!
