Blueberry Apple Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
*Quaker Oatmeal (uncooked, dry), 1 cup (remove)Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Splenda, 6 tsp (remove)
Directions
Combine 1/2 cup yogurt with water, 1 cup applesauce, 1 egg, 1/2 cup water and mix well. Add 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup dry oatmeal, 2 tsp baking powder, 6 tsp splenda, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp baking powder, mixing well. Gently stir in 1 cup blueberries. Pour into 12 muffin cups and bake at 375 degrees 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 single muffin servings.
