2 lb venisonsalt & pepper1/4 cup canola oil2 large onions6 cloves garlic5 T. hungarian paprika1/4 cup flour1 cup red wine (merlot)2 T. tomato paste2 bay leaves1 red pepper1 green pepper1 cup sour cream
cut meat into small cubes. season and heat oil in dutch oven. brown meat, remove. add onions, cook untiil brown and add garlic. add chicken stock, tomato paste, bay leaves, peppers (red and green), return meat and cover wit broth and wine. cook in 300 oven for 2 hours. add sour cream before serving
