Basil Pesto

Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil leaves1/2 cup fresh parsley (optional)2 large cloves garlic1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
Combine basil, parsley, garlic, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts in food processor. Whirl until wqell mixed. Keep processesor running and drizzle in olive oil; process until smooth. Makes 24-1 Tablespoon servings
