4 cups chicken broth2 cups cooked chicken breast1 1/2 cups chopped carrot2 cups potato, diced1 cup diced celery1/2 cup diced onion3 tbsp. butter1/3 cup flour3 cups 1% milk1 T. soy sauce8 oz. Velveeta
In saucepan cook chicken broth and vegetables for 15 min. In Dutch oven, over low heat melt butter add flour and cook until smooth. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in vegetables, soy sauce, cheese and chicken. Cook until cheese melts and soup is heated through.
