Crock Pot Pizza Chicken Recipe

4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite size pieces1 onion1 green bell pepper, chopped1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed low sodium tomato soup1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed 98% fat free mushroom soup2 Tbsp. tomato paste1/2 cup water1 Tbsp. dried parsley1 Tbsp. dried oregano1 Tbsp. dried basil1 bay leafSalt and pepper to taste
1. Place chicken, onion, bell pepper into a slow cooker.
2. In a medium bowl combine the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, tomato paste, water, parsley, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
3. Mix well and pour mixture over chicken and vegetables in slow cooker.
4. Stir to coat
5. Cook on low setting for 8 hours, until chicken and vegetables are tender.
Serve over whole wheat noodles (not included in nutritional value)
