2 packages Fat Free Cream Cheese2 cups Shredded Chedder Cheese (can substitute Reduced Fat)6 ounces Grape or Cherry tomatoes sliced in halfOne jar of Tostitos Mild Salsa
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese and salsa. Mix untill well blended. Spread the mixture into a 13X9 pan and top with tomatoes and cheese. Chill before serving.
I use Tostitos to dip with.
You can add onions, chives, ect... to your liking.

I'm not completely sure. I will try to get back with you this week end to give you the answer to that. I would venture to say about 1/2c of the dip, but you have to add the calories for the chips your dipping with.
