Veggies and Eggs

Ingredients
Zucchini, Onion, garlic, red bell pepper, 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, parmesan cheese, asiago cheese, olive oil, salsa.
Directions
Cook up the veggies in the olive oil, begin with the carrots, then the zucchini, pepper, onion, and add the garlic last.
Clear out the pan. Scramble the eggs, egg whites, and salsa together with the cheeses. Spray the pan, re-heat it a bit, and add the eggs. Toss the vegetables in.

You can either cook it as an omlette or just scramble it all together. Enjoy!
