Ingredients
1 Cup+ 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour flour2 Tablespoons of brown sugar1 Teaspoon of ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon salt1/2 Teaspoon baking powder1/4 Teaspoon baking soda2 Eggs1 Cup WARM Milk ( used 1% in this one)1/2 cup canned pumpkin(without salt)2 Tablespoons of MELTED Butter (unsalted)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients first. Then add warm milk, and then melted butter. mix all together. cook on waffle iron according to manufact. directions. Enjoy! *** using warm milk and melted butter gives the waffle a crispier texture. If you don't care for it then don't warm or melt it.
