Ingredients
3 servings (2/3 cup each) Simply diced potatoes with onions1 serving (3 slices) Jones Canadian bacon1 serving (2 patties) Jennie-O Turkey breakfast patties2 slices Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Bacon1/2 cup chopped scallions1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper1 cup sliced mushrooms1 serving Mexican Blend shredded cheese Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray, put your sausage patties and canadian bacon in and cook remove from pan and add potatoesadd chopped bell pepper cook about 1 to 2 mins add scallions and mushrooms cooking another 2 to 3 mins or until potatoes are fork tender...turn off skillet sprinkle on cheese and allow to melt.
