1 # ground turkey2 oz. uncooked rice1/4 cup diced onion1 T. dried parsley1 t. salt1/8 t. mahoram leaves and thyme leavesdash pepperSauce:1 C. tomato sauce1/2 C. canned chicken broth1/8 t. minced garlic
Prepare meatballs: Preheat oven to 350. combine all ingredients for "porcupines"; shape into 8 equal balls. Spray a 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray and arrange turkey balls in casserole.
Prepare sauce and bake: In small bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients for sauce; pur over "porcupines". cover casserold and bake for 1 hour, turning "porcupines" once during baking.
