German Potato Salad

Ingredients
PotatoesBacon bitsOnionFlourCider VinegarSugarSaltPepperCelery SeedParsley
Directions
Boil 3lbs potatoes in jackets until tender. Cool, peel, and chop.
Fry ¼ cup finely diced bacon until crisp.
Add ¼ cup chopped onion, cook 1 minute.

Blend in:
1 Tbsp flour
2 tsp. salt
1 ¼ tsp sugar
¼ tsp. pepper
Stir in 2/3 cup cider vinegar and 1/3 cup water.
Cook 10 minutes, stirring well. Pour over chopped potatoes.
Add ½ tsp. celery seed, 3 Tbsp. chopped parsely. Mix
Serve warm!
