8 cups of water1.5 cups of carrots, chopped 1 cup of celery, chopped\.25 cup of sweet red pepper, chopped8 oz of lean ground beef (or left over meat)1 box of Honig Vegetable Soup Mix
If using raw meat, brown it in a large pan. Add water and place on the stove to boil. If using cooked meat, add it to the boiling water. Add vegetables and return to a boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 50 minutes. Add a box of soup mix and stir to mix. Return to boil for 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
