Healthy Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
Pumpkin, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 1 cup, mashed Skim Milk, 1/2 cup Yogurt, Yoplait Light Very Vanilla, Fat Free, 1 oz *Seasoning, herbs and spices of choice
Directions
Cook pumpkin and mash in bowl.
Add seasoning, herbs, spices, milk and stir.
Heat in microwave for approx. 2 minutes. (Stir after 1 minute)
Swirl in yogurt and serve.
Serves 1.
