Esmahan's stir fry

Ingredients
*Great Value Vermacelli, 6 oz Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, 3 clove Garlic, 3 cloves *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp *Wyler's Chicken Boulion Cubes, 1 serving Chicken Thigh, 3 thigh, bone and skin removed *Corn Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
Chop all the veggies into strips
Saute the onions in the oil
add the minced garlic, and bell peppers
add the carrots, saute until crisp
add the squash and cabbage
add salt and pepper to taste
add the soy sauce

boil a pot of water and cooik pasta with salt
drain and add to the veggie mix

sprinkle scallions over the pasta

enjoy!!
