Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour (sifted)1cup Milk1 large egg
Directions
Makes up to 20 pancakes

1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl, whisk thoroughly

2. Heat fry-pan to medium heat, lightly grease

3. Pour mixture into fry-pan to desired size

4. Once bubbles appear flip over

5. Cook until golden brown

6. Serve hot or cold with your choice of toppings
