Combine sliced grape or cherry tomatoes, with chick peas, edamame and julienne strips of raw carrot. Top with chopped purple onion and deliver a dolop (1 TBSP) of blue cheese dressing. My ingredients came from a salad bar at Ruby Tuesday's, a national chain.
