Easy Italian Chicken (in crock pot, serves 6)

Ingredients
Cabbage, 1/2 head cut into wedgesOnion, 1 medium, sliced and separated into ringsTapioca, quick cooking, 2 tablespoons2.5 lbs. boneless skinless Chicken breast1 jar Newman's Own Sockarooni spaghetti sauce
Directions
Combine cabbage & onions in slow cooker. Sprinkle with tapioca. Top with chicken. Pour spaghetti sauce over mixture. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-3.5 hours.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve over pasta or hot cooked polenta.
