Bulgar Salad with Pear and Cranberries

1 cup Bulgar2 cups Chicken Broth1/2 cup Cranberries, dried (craisins)1 Large Asian Pear (or substitute Apple)2 oz Chopped Pecans4 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese
Bring the chicken broth to a boil, then lower heat setting. Add the bulgur and simmer about 10-15 minutes. Fluff with fork. Pour into a serving bowl and mix in the cranberries, pecans and pear. Refrigerate about 10 minutes to cool. Slice/dice the cheese wedges while bulgar mix is cooling. Then fold cheese into the bulgar mix. Makes about 8 1/2-cup servings.
