4 apples sliced1 cup flour1 cup oats3/4 packed brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg2 tbsp caramel topping
Thinly slice apples and put in 8 x 8 greased pan. Mix all other ingredients until crumbly and put on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes until golden brown and apples are tender when pierced with a fork. drizzle with caramel topping.Makes 6 servings

was good but had to google as there was no amount for margarine. When found recipe had to alter original margarine amount as recipe called for 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of oats. So instead of 1/3cup of margarine I used 2/3cup. Also original recipe says 3/4tsp of cinnamon as well as nutmeg. - 1/24/11
