Black Bean Tilapia

Ingredients
Tilapia, 12 ozCumin, 1 tspBlack beans, 1 canStewed tomatoes, 1 canZucchini, 1 sm-med sliced
Directions
Sprinkle cumin on tilapia and place in 4 serving sized pieces in 9 x 9 glass pan sprayed with olive oil. Rinse 15 oz can of black beans and put over tilapia, followed by slices of zucchini and then can of stewed tomatoes. Bake in moderate oven until fish and veggies are cooked (approximately 30 minutes.)
