No Egg Baked Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 - 7oz can of salmon1/4 cup of stuffing mix1/4 cup of diced onion1/4 cup of diced/stewed tomatoes1/4 teaspoon of (any) seasoning salt3 tablespoon of juice from the tomatoes3 tablespoon of water
Directions
Combine in one bowl salmon, onion, tomatoes and seasoning salt (I used a McCormick blend).

Combine in another bowl stuffing mix and water. Then add juice from tomatoes.

Combine all ingredients together in one bowl.

Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes.

Weigh 2oz of mixture and shape into patties. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool. May be served with a dipping sauce.
