Ingredients

About 2 c. Cooked Spaghetti Squash
4 1/2 oz. Raw frozen shrimp (pealed and cleaned)
1/2 of a yellow, green, or red bell pepper chopped to preference
1/2 jalopeno sliced (more seeds the spicier) or 1tsp. crushed red pepper
1 c. Marinara sauce (Rao's is yummy if you do not have time to make a homemade sauce)

Directions

Slice spaghetti squash down the middle and get rid of seeds. Place face down in a bowl of slight water. Microwave 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean shrimp and dice peppers and heat pot with cooking spray. Once hot, add ingredients to pot and saute until shrimp is cooked through and peppers soften. Add sauce and bring to a boil.

Strip squash and combine with sauce/shrimp mixture.
Enjoy!
