Greek Lemon Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup *Lemon Juice, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 3 Chicken Broth, 32 fl oz 4 cups of water
Directions
Boil chicken breast in the chicken broth and water till chicken is done. Remove and allow to cool. Add 2 cups of brown rice to broth and allow to cook. Chop up the chicken and add to the broth also. When the rice is done, take a couple of cups of the broth from the soup, 1 to 1 1/2 cup lemon juice, and 3 eggs into a blender and mix till it gets frothy. Add this back into the broth to thicken the soup. Warm through to make sure the egg is cooked.
