5-6 cups of winter greensOnion chopped2 shallots (optional)carrots (optional)brocolli (optional)16 cups water2 vegetable or chicken buillon cubes2 tbsp tomato paste (optional)2 tbsp minced garlic2 Cups Norther beans
Directions
There really isn't a 'recipe' for this since it can vary depending on what leftovers you have in the fridge. Start by sauteeing the garlic, onions and shallots in olive oil. Once cooked, add the water and buillon, bring to a boil. Then add all the other ingredients. Easy.
