Black Bean Soup - Quick and lowfat

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) Black Beans1 cup beef broth or chicken broth (low-sodium)1/4 cup of jarred salsa2-3 teaspoons of ground cumin1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Open a can of black beans and rinse them. Place them in a sauce pan with beef or chicken stock, add the cumin and some freshly ground black pepper. Quickly clean and saute the three scallions with your salsa and add to the beans and broth. Heat at Med- high for about 5 minutes.
