Thai Ginger Chicken Salad

Ingredients:*College Inn Thai Coconut Curry Broth, 2 cup Water, tap, 1.5 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ouncesNewman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 16 tbsp Raisins, 2 small box (1.5 oz) *Fisher Almond Slivers, 2 oz
Directions
Cook the chicken breast on low heat with the broth and water. When done shred. Add Dressing, Almonds, and Raisins. Mix well. Serving size 1/4 cup. Great on Arnolds Sandwich Thins!
