Lime Vinagrette salad dressing

Directions
1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 tsp of garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, crushed and minced)salt to taste
Mix ingredients well (I add all to an empty bottle and shake well).
Do not refrigerate because the oil and lime juice will separate and your EVOO will harden from the cold.
I have kept it at room tempurature with no problems. I generally make small amounts at a time.
