Mexican Chili

Ingredients
20 oz. lean ground turkey breast1 - 1.25 oz. taco seasoning mix1 - 14.5 oz. can mexican diced tomatoes1 - 15.2 oz. black beans1 - 15.2 oz. can whole kernel corn1 - 5.5 oz. can tomato juice120 g. onions136 g. celery1 - 6.5 oz. can mushrooms8 oz. water
Directions
Brown the turkey and drain all fat. Add diced onions and celery. Put remaining ingredients in the soup pot. Do NOT drain any of the cans. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
