Crock-Pot Pork Roast in Tomatoes

1.5 lb. pork loin roast28 oz. can peeled whole tomatoes1/2 onion, chopped2 carrot sticks, chopped1 celery sick, chopped7 oz. whole wheat penne pasta1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. dried Italian herbs
Serves 6.
Brown pork roast on all sides. Place onion, carrots, and celery on bottom of crock pot. Lay browned roast on top of vegetables. Break up tomatoes with your hands, and place them along with juice from the can on top of roast. Add garlic powder and italian herbs, and stir a little. Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
Serve with pasta, cooked according to package directions.
