Low Fat Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup yellow self rising cornmeal1/2 cup fat free milk + 1/2 tsp vinegar or 1/2 cup fat free buttermilk1/4 cup egg substitute
Directions
Stir vinegar into milk if not using butter milk
Mix cornmeal, splenda and milk
Spray Cast iron skillet with cooking spray
Pour into small cast iron skillet
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
