Yum Sauce

Ingredients
½ c oil (canola is preferred, olive works)½ c almonds (raw)1/3 c nutritional yeast½ c garbanzo beans½ c soft tofu (or substitute w/ another ½ c of garbanzo beans)½ c water (can add coconut milk as well, but the water is important to thin the sauce)½ c fresh lemon juice2 garlic cloves½ t salt1 t curry powder
Directions
serving- 4-5 people

Food processor/blender: add almonds and oil, some water as necessary and blend into paste. Slowly add garbanzo beans (it will start to get thick, so add water as necessary) then tofu and the rest of the ingredients.
